| Paul’s real estate career began in 1979 as an industrial building sales and leasing specialist with Davidson, Graham, & Myers, a local Phoenix commercial real estate firm. During the period between 1983 and 1990, Paul began working with home builders and investors in land sales which resulted in the sale of over 20,000 acres throughout Maricopa County. From 1990-1999 he joined CB Richard Ellis in the industrial division with an emphasis on industrial investment building sales. In 1999, Paul moved to the investment sales division of Grubb & Ellis and teamed up with Rick Danis in 2001. The total building sales by Paul has exceeded 15,000,000 square feet. Throughout Paul’s career, he has developed a well-rounded background in the commercial real estate industry which includes land sales, entitlements and development, and building sales and leasing on a local and national level which has resulted in the sale and leasing of over $1,000,000,000 worth of commercial real estate. Paul is a 1978 graduate of Arizona State University. He and his wife Lisa have been married for 25 years and have four children. Paul's community involvement includes an 8-year active membership in the National Boys Team Charity League, a 14-year board member of Arcadia Soccer League as Coordinator and Coach, and a 15-year active member of Arcadia Little League serving as Commissioner and Manager. |
